Biography, Education and Training


Lindsay Weinberg is a Ph.D. Candidate in the History of Consciousness Department at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Her dissertation argues that information technologies are part of a larger transformation in how capitalism produces value. She is interested in the relationship between commercial forms of surveillance, temporality, and discourses concerning possessive individualism and privacy. She received her Bachelors Degree from Binghamton University in 2012.
