Research Interests

My dissertation theorizes in-person communication—or dialogue—as togetherness, poiesis, and ground for revolutionary praxis. I draw on a number of areas for this including philosophies of dialogue and relation, written, oral, and sign poetics, sound and voice studies, critical pedgagogy, feminist materialisms, history and theory of making, and history and theory of uprising. General and other interests include the body, deep time, worldliness, and political violence.
